Koolwaterman Dlamini

Koolwaterman is a professional musician, who has been in the music business for over a decade. Born in Nelspruit, residing in the East Rand.

Koolwaterman got his breakthrough in 2020 with his hit single titled Amathulus, the song was released independently and was accredited by Dj Clive as the first vernac rapper to master the craft of using their home language.

Amathulus got its first airplay on Metro Fm and debuted at Number 3 on a show with Dj Speedsta, to add onto the spark, it got the Number 1 spot on Metro Fm’s Hip Hop Absolute and later got airplay on other radio stations. It was followed by a music video which had a huge number of online streams and was playlisted on MTV Base and Trace Africa as well as Channel O.

Koolwaterman was also featured on popular Hip Hop musician’s Emtees’ Ngeke  music video, which got over 2 Million views.
